Sometimes a case and a phone are not a match. Find your situation below and follow the thread back.
If
The case does not fit
Then
Check the model name in your phone's About screen. If it does not match the case, start a return from your order page within the return window.
If
It fits, but you changed your mind
Then
Unused cases can usually be returned through your order page. The retailer's return window and conditions apply.
If
Something broke within 360 days
Then
Write to [email protected] with your order details and a photo. Under our 360-day replacement promise, we will send a new case.
If
A waterproof case leaked
Then
Stop using it in water and write to [email protected] right away with photos of the seals. We take every leak report seriously.
